What are you having your hands up? Got it. And I have everyone in seven o'clock and I'm going to order the February 8, 2023, regular meeting of the end of our connected board of education. My thanks to everyone in attendance for being here to see me. Thank you to the Board of Education, members of volunteering your time to serve on this board for the town of Andorra. If you're going to go any further, I want to just say thank you to Jenny Murrow and Melissa and all the end of our education and association teachers for bringing the refreshments to our meeting tonight. We truly appreciate all you do for us, our students and our entire AES community. You're blessed to have you as a part of our essential team.
Thank you. You're welcome. I was going to do that on the celebration, but I didn't want you to leave. But as I mentioned before, I said, you know, you're with a former meets the road. You're with, you make it happen for us. We wouldn't be able to do this without you and being a teacher. I know everything that's involved and everything you do is thank you very much. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for the good news. And we also thank you for the Valentine's Day. We'll be so sorry. It's me those. They didn't take those. They didn't take those. They did. They did. They did. They did. They did beautiful. They did beautiful. I know it's involved with it. I mean, these things. I just want to say, who knew that I was a senior? They didn't take that in my place.
It's accepted. I love it. But they made 200 of them. So long. And the last is because Linda Gough from Merchier, halfway. She does a program for the seniors in the community. And so every year, she asks if we could make 200 of them for the, then she's picking them up tomorrow. And so I kept saying the SOS is out there. He's 40 more. I need to keep going. I mean, if they just kept making them beautiful. OK. I guess you understand some personal reasons. People know that would be good. Thank you. Puzzle is too old. I mean, I don't know. I don't know. It seems to me. In theory. I work for work. Just to say, one nation. I'm very high. Even this fall. We're going to see an emphasis. So I want. Thank you, Steve. Yeah, comments from the public.
Rolls Paul, who's up on training there? Amanda. Thank you. Hi, guys. I do not have any comments at this time. Thank you. Thank you. Lisa Hopkins. Just want to say thank you to everyone. Mr. Eric. Thank you to you, so. And Jamie Weber. I'm also, thank you. But thank you for all you do. Thank you. And who's the following number? Do we know? 860 899 82823. That's aiming off. Yeah. That's coming. No. You're on the air. Thank you. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you. No, not at this time. Thank you. Thanks. Anybody else? I'm theory. Thank you. Question. Question. Hi. I'm good. Thank you. Thank you. We're in no sport. Anybody in here, have any? We'd like to say. We'd like to also send our thanks to all of you. We could not do our job with that on this website. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. And communications. Does anyone have anything to share? I have none. Are there any communications in regards to any mail regarding the budget in box?
No. I checked the just this afternoon around five o'clock and there wasn't anything. Not nothing at all. I'll take it. Thank you. Yeah. Approval of the last. I need a motion. And second. To put it right on the agenda. We're going to love it. 2020. Great. Well, we do it all. We managed each individual. What should we do in the bedroom? It's approved. That the regular meeting in January of the 20th. Thank you. Thank you. Any discussion? Go. All in favor. I'll come in the minute. I'm a regular meeting of January of the 20th. Please say aye. Aye. Aye. Any opposed? Any abstention? Correction has 70 zero zero. Please. Who seconded was that Chris or Steve? Chris. Okay. Thank you. And I'll move to. Approval of. Minutes for the budget meeting of January of the 20th. Are possible. Any discussion? We need a vote. All in favor. Approving the minutes from the budget workshop of January 18th. 2020. Say aye. Aye. Any opposed? Any abstention? Okay. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Please. All seconded. Thank you. Any discussion? Okay. We vote. All in favor. Excuse me. Budget. Workshot. Aye. Please. January 25th. 2020. I have to abstain. You're creating any opposed. Any question? 6. 0.
One abstention. Caitlin. Is abstaining. Opportunity to add or delete the agenda items. Anybody want to add anything? We're taking away anything. Hearing none of who will buy. Does anyone have any of the celebrations they'd like to share? Okay. Hearing none. Reports. Chairperson's all report. I really have nothing to report to you. So we'll move on down the line and you'll turn the values. Well, most of it's the budget since we're doing tonight. We mentioned that the. The. Apricot. Grant. We've gotten that January. That's up in running. Teacher. We've gotten that January. That's up in running. Teacher. Staff. Within the building. I'm feeling a fantastic job. I'm feeling. March is calendar now. It's going to be a real quick jump to the email. But the calendar is going out because the things are filling up fast. And so. As some of the board now. Because they've got children here. It's like, OK, here. It comes here. And then they click. Go. And so they can sign their kids up for the events. Because some more limiting. Just so parents understand a lot of the limited events. And then they click. Go. And so they can sign their kids up for the events. Because some more limiting. Just so parents understand a lot of the limited events will run again. We're finding out what's popular. And we're finding out what people would like. Repeat it. The calendar always has the grades on it. Where it's appropriate. It's a two through six. There are a couple of activities that will be just the older kids and our trees coming back. That's a six week commitment. It's going to run twice.
And that's only fifth and sixth graders. Simply because of the certification. That's required for that. But we'll post the calendars online as well. And we'll make sure that everybody has them as quick as possible. And if children don't get signed up, we'll make sure that we run them again. We were awarded that one other grant. There was a grant for CT sets to assist with the implementation. And so that helps with those extra costs associated with anybody in our special ed department that had to take webinars. We have some contractors that had to put in extra hours. He liked the special ed director. To make sure that they were trained. And so it was that was very nice of the state to make sure that this small towns were saved. Proper allocation. So that will offset the costs of those special. People and that's really it going into the. We know one other thing. We have a request from who for us once we know what our summer is going to look like. To try at least on the March meeting to come up with dates for them because they are being passed by parents. When the dates are going to be for the summer. And I know usually marching equals when, you know, the principal and it's over kind of will sit and figure it out. It could be a little bit difficult this summer because we could have some potential outside activity like building. So as soon as we get an answer to that I know that coolness anxiously looking for the last station to be able to offer them dates on that so definitely that will be our March.
Okay, anybody have any questions from them? Just where do we stay on the solar contract? Did that go through get done? So, yeah, Jeff McGuire did do the notarized page that has to go to the room from the town for us to apply for that PPA application that did get it in time. We were trying to meet that February deadline. We did meet the February deadline and so they have it. And so as soon as we know whether or not we would qualify them a lot of bias. And then, you know, from there, obviously, you know, we'll have to talk to the town because I know that there's an important insert or some kind of resolution where we'll have to show them then that the height of the arrays fit within the guidelines of the town. I think it was actually important. It's whether or not they're going to be up, whether or not they're going to be flat because you have to make sure the fire department still has access to the group with them there. There's a couple of other questions that they have related to that on a checklist like do you have any ground mounted equipment? And so I did speak with both Jeff and Eric and I let them know that we don't know that we're getting it yet. So once we get it, we'll make sure that we take
quality information and offer it to the board assignment. So, yeah, one of the questions is, yeah, but DMV saw get here, but is he? Yeah, so we're good. So, the DMV saw, but that's been going on with our number so that's exactly, but there is one other senior driver that has everything all set. And they right now are, they filled up all the paperwork here. They filled up paperwork where they have the proper endorsements already. We're not sure that they're going to be available in five days a week. And so Taylor's going to have to work on that, that arrangement with mom and the bus company. But there is one that is completely certified in people to drive, which helps us out, even if we have a couple of weeks live here. I probably weren't allowed to use anyone very much.
This is a new person that registered with senior, it's Susan. And she's now registered as a driver while this dog has been going on with the seniors. And so that's great. She came in. She got her paperwork every day, we spoke with her. And the good news isn't even if right now, she says I can't commit to the five mornings, the five after events because of whatever it is she's doing over there. We've also struggled with not just the day to day, but for example, there was one time where we had to ask the parent if they would drive the child to a field trip because otherwise that wasn't going to be $1,000. So we at least know that we have back going. And Taylor's going to work with Susan to end with Kathy Klotzie to get that going. But so he's not quite finished yet. Things keep getting all wrangled up, but at least the other one now is there. Is there anything in there? There is an end in sight. It's that's the endorsements that they wanted. He had the CDL and they want the PM to be. And so now it's matter of making sure that work with the PM and the ER on there.
So we're getting that. Is that it? OK. Thanks for your support, Mary. A teller? Yeah, that's been exciting. I'm not going to be here. Welcome to the live. Exciting last. Yeah. No thank you. I'm going to have to fund a lot to celebrate. So we had our schoolwide spelling B, which was really a really fun experience. The kids did a great job in Hillary Boris. Was our winner, a fifth grader, who will represent us in the regional spelling B at the beginning of March. So that was exciting. We even had a first grader. Make it all the way to the school spelling B. So that was nerve-wracking for all of us. But we did it. She did a great job. And they all really did a great job. So that was exciting. Again, I know I keep mentioning it, but just to keep it out of runs radar, we're excited about our invention convention coming up in March. And that will be right before our board meeting in March. You're all invited if you should choose for the awards ceremony prior to that during the day, the projects will be judged. And we'll name six semifinalists to go on to the state semi-finals. What is that? March 8th. So the next board meeting. So that's exciting. And that same night we are planning it. You'll hear soon again a two, three STEM night to correspond. So our second and third graders who get to do some STEM activities. And then should they choose to stay and get to go see the inventions. It's kind of a nice bridge to like here's what you're going to be having the opportunity to do in the future.
I wanted to touch base. I know we're continuing our reading program. We were before we come back to the I ready. I'll show you just some of that data. But we also have had an opportunity. Our special ed teachers have worked with Cirque to get us some professional development in adaptive technology. So that's a service that that department at the state is offering free of charge, which is exciting via Zoom. So some specifically in the area of four through six, how we can use our tech a little bit more effectively for students with special needs. But also generalize students who could benefit from some of those tech tools that maybe were underutilizing whether it's via Google or some other device. And the state also has a lending library for that like of adaptive technology, too, that we can try out, which is pretty cool. And then again, for some of our lower grade students with specific adaptive needs, they're going to help to kind of work with us and show some of our staff those tools. So we're excited about that. Also in their professional development, we have started what we call learning walk. So the teachers have had an opportunity to walk the building, essentially what it sounds like, and get into other teachers' rooms and get to see trends across the building and kind of what's happening below them and above them, which has been great for us as we continue looking at improving our curriculum, right? And continuing to increase the quality of our instructions. So we're excited about that, too. So I just wanted to, I know, I won't teach too much time, but we finished our I ready benchmark assessments just this past week. And so we've also been taking time to really dive into that data.
And while I won't do a deep dive with you, I just wanted to give you a general sense of and be able to celebrate alongside us with some of the great growth we've seen. Um, so let me just share this so that people at home. Take a look. I think hopefully it will be big enough. So this is just starting with our reading. Um, and so you can see the top is our current, like I said, we just finished. And then that bottom is our fall when we first gave that diagnostic. So again, it's an, it's a broad overview, but hopefully your initial reaction is you can see the green is significantly bigger and the red is pretty much cut in half here for reading. So this is a huge accomplishment and the hard work of all of our teachers. Um, and this is the whole, this is the whole. Yes, not okay. K to six. Um, so you can see even just that red is that three or more great levels. Again, cutting that from 12 to five, right? And so we talk a lot when I talked about S back scores numbers because we're so small.
Can start to feel a little bit, um, deceiving it and just isolating. But again, just trend wise, you can see we are absolutely going in the right direction. And really our focus on that acceleration and not just remediation. I think is what's what's pushing us here. Um, so this is, this is the reading and I'll just show you so you can see it. Thank you all be equally as excited about the math. So, um, well, it's like more than that. Yeah, it's really, it's really awesome. You know, we say as teachers, we're always looking like this is one data point, right? It's one student in front of a computer for that one time. So we always take a look at a broad sense of the work, right? Lots of different assessment points. But we do benchmark data so that we can get one snapshot of where we are. It's also fairly predictive for us for S back performance. So if we look at the older grades and again, we're, this is whole school. But we're diving deep into each grade, each class and each student, right? To take a look at, okay, who are those kids that are right there and need that next push, who are the kids that are ready to accelerate and who are the kids that are still really struggling and do we need to, you know, alter any of those interventions. So we're excited about about this data and I just kind of wanted to just briefly,
I think share with the board what we're seeing as some of the contributing factors. So the success this year and we have as you know increased our intervention and we're, it's huge. So we are now three interventions this year and focusing specifically, yes, on our two three, where we knew there would be a lot of needs and we're seeing huge results there. In second, our two three and our third, it's just been a dynamic team and they're really we're able to meet all of those needs uniquely, whether it's in the combo or with the additional intervention support. We've also really, I think increased our focus on curriculum. There's not a teacher in the building that I don't think is on board and ready and doing the work to make sure what we're teaching is exactly what we want to be teaching and we're just being intentional with every minute with our time. Continuing to differentiate, I know that was a focus last year, it continues to be a focus this year and what that looks like across different grades but also across different subject areas. And that focus on acceleration, we're not just looking to bring students to closing the gap, we're trying to accelerate all students learning and so what that looks like. No, it's brief and a lot and quick, but I did want to give you in the midst of budget time just a look at how awesome our kids and our teachers are doing and I'll continue to kind of report
out through the rest of the year and you kind of meet your data points. Well, we're doing the next question. So I'm ready, we do three times a year, so SFF will actually come next prior to I ready. Um, and these results will go home to parents and you've got a lot of good question yet. So you just like in the fall, you'll get a parent kind of another letter that will show their individual growth as well so we'll show that kind of fall and give you a little bit more information. So we hope to have those out Friday's a stretch, but maybe I'm hoping for Friday, but you know I have that but with them the next few days, so that's exciting. That's great. Thank you other questions I can answer for you. Yeah, I think we're doing the Austin job with us, good. And I think the teachers are backing out when I say, you know, what do you know about your kids? Yeah. Well, that's the teacher knows each and every child of that road. Absolutely. And they always don't think what to do. Absolutely. Thank you, folks. Right. So let me see here. I think that is all. Oh, I did want to share one other quickly. We had a less broadest of great opportunity. I give her all the credit for to have a judge and attorney come in to see our fifth graders and present their participating in a program where they're going to visit lots of classrooms and lots of schools, where they talk about civic engagement. Is that so? Yes. I'm, did you get a funny question? I got a different story. I can't wait to hear it. Yeah, I have an fancy government.
I'm so critical. Oh, I like that better. Um, I'm going to talk about the job. So in the judge, you're not attorney. They came in and they let the kids, they run through different scenarios, right? So you're on an island and you're going to be there for an an unknowing amount of time. How do you create rules? Well, that looked like then they got to pick a school rule or something that was important to them and how what they changed in what that process would be like. So it was very, very full opportunity. And next week, Lisa and I will go to Hartford, um, just to kind of be part of their launch event and Mrs. Hopkins will actually be giving a little speech, right? Lisa, just a little baby speech about how the impact we're seeing with kids and especially issues participating in kid governor and really how we're trying to bring the curriculum alive. And so thank you so much for bringing us that opportunity. Really cool. Yeah, I think you need to engage it. So that's been great. I think that's now I'm going to get any questions. Ready for the financial report there. Yeah, you're sure to hate the fifth page in your packet. That's the beginning of the financial report. Anybody had a chance to look at this, but the numbers haven't changed much since the last time we talked. I've been a little busy with the budget for next year, but you know, we're
I'm slowly getting things to where they should be. I think you'll see more changes in our next street or in March, but it doesn't anybody have any specific questions to this report. Just a bit of a very very, yeah, um, when we're looking at percentage used and whatnot, yeah, that's because of that's adding together. You'll spend it on the incumbent. Yeah, yes. Okay. And not it. Excuse me. Yeah, sure. No, that's not everything. I think I told you that the interim had started in covering a bunch of stuff. Okay. And I wasn't really, I wasn't real confident in the numbers yet. And unfortunately, I haven't really had a chance to really delve into that. But I'm getting there. General, if I see 100% of all, obviously, the summer school has already been expanded, but usually should be because it's not only extended, but in comfort also, you have to know that. Yes. Okay. Thanks. Do we, um, for a physical therapy specifically? Do you have to reallocate stuff from somewhere else to there to make that not look? Yes. I think Val had mentioned that um, a lot of our sped services, you know, the over and we will have to move some on the one. Okay. Are you guys waiting until a certain time to go? Um, do that. If you're the normal time frame for that is usually, um, mark, we really want to have this my office. Yeah, I feel like March is really the time where you really need to know what you have and what you don't have. Okay. And of course, there's still some, um, great money out. There's more. Hey, I'm at an expired. She's the physical attacks and two. So yeah, yeah, I'm going to get where we're going to expire, but there's
four that expire June. And so when she has the availability, we'll sit down and see what's left in them that can be used. Okay. First from there because they're for you, I guess. Yes. Okay. Any other questions? Thank you. Thank you, Terri. Thank you, Terri. Thank you, Terri. I don't know. I don't know. I don't want to. Education, policy, updated policy, one thousand parents, one thousand one hundred, one thousand, one thousand, two hundred. Okay. Really, right, little bit of out. I don't think this is just my first. Yeah, I don't know. I'm actually in like half of the time. Is there anything that you want to get at the fact right now or you want to wait? I just have a general question because we're talking about community relations and
it's been something I'm curious about. How long we're going to continue to do doing these and offers you this? I mean, they've been coming quite important. I think we're allowed community involvement. But I don't know whether we're going to continue to remember what's the general sense of how long we're going to do that. We never had them. Obviously, we're going to depend on that. I would personally say that I think that they should continue to grow. I mean, I think that's a change. I think that's a change and it would be stupid to not. It would be a mistake too. In fact, I think if anything, we need to, and we're talking about that earlier, make it easier to access or coordinate, potentially, but that's from you, too, in part, whatever. It could have been because that's a separate conversation. But I think it would be a very huge mistake for us to stop offering that, especially as it becomes a standard for every other Gordon in the down as well. Yeah, and they're still doing all of their meetings virtually. None of them as far as I know have even come into go back to in person meetings. So I guess I would say one step further. I think it's also important that we are having in-person meetings, because that allows people who aren't going to access via the internet to have a place
to comment if they want to. But I think it's important to have both. So I'll look through the policies, and I think we need to incorporate that with some point maybe. It gives people to do that, like a way we'll involve in the community and via Zoom meetings or in virtual meetings. That's what we're going to fight if I zoom. Making sure that we don't tire ourselves to where we're violating a policy of the technical difficulties. Yeah, yeah, I could never. Let's take a look at that. I personally want to thank everyone for this board for pulling together our meetings. It made a lot to me. I know that we have a lot to think about being on a screen at different times and being here sitting with us. So thank you for being in person for this board already,
thank you. If anybody has any other problems that may be noticed, I did for myself, indeed, I kind of grouped them into categories. I don't think in an elementary school you're going to have kids disseminating a risk of information that they reflect me or sending me to anyone. I don't know if that happened to that one of my preschool. You know, actually, I like that. One of our citizens will participate in board meetings. That was a good one. Hopefully, with the amount on the importance of, I think, the sections, I would be my, I haven't had a chance to render all of these. In addition, the next, like, with the, likely that we're not going to adopt them next meeting, it really come back with next meeting after having read with any changes. Yeah, that sounds good. And then another month, the adopt. I mean, well, we're looking for them, but I think this really is a first screen. I don't think you should rush through because these are pretty important. Yeah, I always bit. I'll just ask, um, Mrs. Hopkins, when you're doing kid governor and whatnot, do, is, are there any student to disseminate information to other students, as far as trying to get elected? Marina, in the Caribbean, so there's quite a lot of people there. So if I heard you write you're wondering if they are sharing information or kind of like promoting their platform to other students? Yes, right. And then we're, we're a small school. So within our, our classroom,
they did that because it's only fifth graders that vote. Yep. So they weren't allowed to do it to other schools and we're a small school. So the fact that Starlet got on the cabinet was wonderful being such a small school. Um, but it'll be a great experience. Thank you. Okay. Next item, um, our AES 20.3 point point for budget discussion. Anybody have any any other questions? We've had a few budget workshops. We had a public hearing. I think before we had to even have a discussion, we had to, and then so I'll go ahead and do it. I'm going to make it look to do it through the 2020 2020 24 24 budget. Well, so second. No, just me. No, would be the discussion. I, I would just say, I think, I mean, I, you guys know, I wasn't able to attend the last meeting. I watched both the recording. I think everything has been presented in a way that it's very easy to
understand. It's clear and concise where things are being allocated to and I think it's appropriate. I don't really have any questions. And I would say that, you know, and we're, again, we've reached out. I feel like we've done everything. We can't just listen, questions. I can't think of any questions that have been brought forward to haven't been addressed or were concerned with the budget or any body from town or any entity is come forward and say, I have an issue with this or can you explain that? It hasn't been addressed. So, I, I think we're admitted at this point in less, yeah, we'll see what happens after we've heard of it, but yeah, we have definitely attempted and trying to get as much information from maybe our address issues before they, before we approve it, and at this point we haven't heard anything. I think it's a fair budget. I think it's fair enough to run with us. It's fair enough to value and done a lot of work on this and you've done a lot to try to explain it. Thank you. Thank you for taking the time to do that. I know that fair result should and a lot of you have been involved and it's a good thing. But I think that it is a fair budget. You can read a newspaper and see what's going on around us.
I had a meeting yesterday. It heard of the small town and the hard time super, and one of the things that are going to address there are people weighing in. They're about 12 people weighing in and we were asked, I don't know, which towns they were, but we were asked to share with each other. It's a tough time. Special ed seems to be the biggest difficulty and we're asked to share percentages and I won't hit them with the towns because they're not improved, but unfortunately, there was a Latin person in one town that's actually going through the Board of Ed. There was a 20, there was a 49, there was six. There was only one that came in at zero because there's a loss of health placement and no in-place students. It was the average was ranging between four and eight to the percentage and there were just some pretty window to the sales. So we're heading and saying, this is the best that we could do. So I think that the towns are going to see the same thing on there and it's too and it's just kind of
I mean, you look at the overall budget. We were asking for an increase of $180,000 and if you look under simply the heating oil. Just heating oil represents over $30,000 of that increase. After that, you go to $150,000, or can a 3% contractual raise increase. You take the contractual raise increase in the heating oil alone at the 1-8. So the rest represents, you know, that's what we can do to as far as cutting and where we can find. I don't think about under $80,000 when we are maintaining the same student population and this environment where I mean if I could get a 4% increase on all the rest of my bills, I'd be very happy, you know. I just got my electric bill and it was a lot more than I mean it's a better all. Like we're at least eight to ten percent for almost any other industry. Yeah, I'm seeing not across the board and what I do to where we're going, all of our costs are going up everybody and you know the minimum on my fund, my losses are pushing me to do 8% across the board just so we can maintain our margin. So we're looking at a 4.49 and again, a lot of that is just in fixed costs, things that we can't control electricity heating oil in those things. And we're taking action such as looking into the solar and trying to move over to that, where we can help produce that, but I think this represents a responsible budget in the current
environment where we haven't seen, you know, goods increased this much, right? We have a motion on the floor to accept the budget. I represent it. I'm laughing. 0 second. Sorry, I didn't look at the budget. You check. They did the day before. Okay. Any further discussion? All in favor of adopting superintendent's budget as presented to the eye. Any opposed? Any extension? Direction that's 7, 0, 0, please. Thank you. Yes, on reports. Are there any? I'm going to throw this under a little finance liaison as least. That is my role. We just approved the budget. It's more of anyone who is watching this, but it is important now that we've done this and it's going to go to the board of finance and we'll see what happens there. But we know the method in which we're proving budget talent has changed. It is very important for anyone who's watching out for it, especially the board members. And I only support this budget, you know, by standing up and talking for it, but they can say it's voted. Making sure you talk to people and if they have a concern to get out and vote, you need to, that needs to be hammered home until this is, we can't just assume, well, that my neighbor is going to do it, or yeah, I'm okay with it. You need to go out and you need to actually place a vote, or else we will end up, you know, we can't have 300 people show up to determine this whether or not this budget passes or else we can end up in a similar situation,
which costs a ton of money, but we don't pass the budget. We can't pass the budget. Costs us more every time we push ticket down the road. So about four to five thousand. Yeah, this is reasonable. I think this is reasonable. And, you know, throw out there, I've said this before. I mean, up until this point and anyone personally has a question to why I voted, yes, feel free to call me, or I think any of the board members can reach out and ask what's in here. You know, there's we all voted, yes, we're very, here is supported, but ask the questions that people didn't give you the correct answers. You know, someone who isn't involved or doesn't know, and just making speculation, people really want to truth, as someone who can give you the correct answer. So that you search everyone to hopefully support this budget and hopefully we can not go through what we've done through the past few years. So to add on to that, Steve, the next step, we've got to support this to the board of finance. And beyond that, as many people as can attend the budget meeting, because the first thing is the town meeting after the board of finance. And we really need everybody there, especially when people reach your people. And then hopefully there won't be the division that there has been in the past and we can get a pass, a referendum. They have a stipulated one that needed to move forward. It's by statute that it has to occur. So that usually a main meeting, right? No, no, no. If you ask Carol Lee,
she probably would know, because it's, it has to occur within a certain number of days, like 12 days or what. Yeah, you know, and presumably to the board of finance. So tomorrow, I will assist them putting together their transmit on letter, and the budget in the form that are charter, um, maintains the five columns, Terry will get that together for us. And we will send that over to them. And so they will put it on their next meeting once on their next meeting and we're on the agenda. Then we'll hear to be able to speak to them on Zoom, one sure it is. Do you think that will be for their March meeting? Because I think we're going to like third or fourth. Yeah. Okay. We, we had to get it to them before our March meeting, which is why I think it is the way. Thank you very much. Anybody else? Well, the number eight comments from the public on agenda items. Lisa Hopkins? All set. Thank you, Amanda. I'm all set. Thank you. Jamie. I'm all set. Thanks. Thank you. Kimberly. I'm all set. Thank you. Thank you. I want to talk to you. Any thoughts? I'll share. Thanks. Thank you. Anybody in here? Okay. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Everybody for attending through the Zoom. Other reaction items? Are there any? I'm coming meeting right at the board meeting, March 2020. Three.
We'll deal with the policies and the 1,000 theory and anything else you want to discuss. Make sure you let one of us know. Oh, yes. Let me hear early for an invention. Thank you. And maybe can we come during the day, too? Yes, we will be seeking a Board of Education judge. So let me know if something you're interested in, but even if you don't want to judge, you can certainly come. All right. I'll be here. I already put it on my calendar. Do you know what I'm timing as for the whole thing? I will I will share it with you. Yeah, let me get a specific way. I don't want to miss speak. You know, I like you. I know we love to have you. Okay. German, we need emotion a second and a vote. I'll make a motion. There were a second. Oh, thank you. Thank you. Vote. If they were say aye, aye. Any a vote? Any exception? Okay, you're watching. That's a 0. Thank you. Okay, I got Caitlin second and who first? So last one. Oh, I didn't listen with a regular one. That's her motion. That's my motion.
